Nigel Bennett

Nigel was a member of the authoring team for Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2 2009 edition and has recently been a member of the team developing P3M3 version 3. As a consulting director at RSM UK Consulting LLP, Nigel helps UK and international organizations become more capable of delivering their projects, programmes and portfolios effectively and efficiently, assesses and develops project management competency, develops and embeds bespoke frameworks, coaches senior client personnel, and offers bespoke project management-related training. He has also been instrumental in developing innovative online best-practice guidance. Nigel has many years’ experience of managing bids and IT projects both at home in the UK and internationally, and has led a project management practice and PMO across emerging markets.

Robert Buttrick

Robert is an international authority on business-led, programme and project management with a successful track record for building project management capability in a wide variety of blue-chip companies, most recently as BT’s Programme and Project Management Method director. He wrote The Project Workout (Buttrick, 2009) and is an active contributor to project management methods, best practice, professional journals and conferences. Robert received a distinguished service certificate from the British Standards Institution for services to national and international project management standards. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a chartered engineer and an honorary fellow of the Association for Project Management (APM). He currently works as a consultant and is a visiting teaching fellow at the University of Warwick.

Phil Stanton

Phil is an independent consultant who helps organizations to improve their capability to deliver change. He has more than 25 years’ experience of leading and delivering projects and programmes across financial services, infrastructure, government and telecoms. Over the past 15 years, he has helped a variety of organizations to make significant improvements in the cost, speed and reliability of their change delivery. This includes making significant contributions to the design, implementation and embedment of large-scale tailored versions of PRINCE2 at Network Rail (GRIP), Highways Agency (PCF) and Transport for London (PMF and Pathway). Phil also specializes in project and programme assurance and has created assurance frameworks for a number of large organizations.

Andy Murray

Andy is a chartered director and management consultant specializing in portfolio, programme and project management (PPM), with more than 20 years of varied experience (public sector/private sector, SME/corporate, domestic/international).

Andy has a focus on project/programme governance and the treatment of inherent project/programme complexity. He has worked with AXELOS, HM Treasury, Cabinet Office and the APM in developing guidance on delivering successful projects/programmes, such as IUK Project Initiation Routemap, Directing Change, Co-Directing Change, PRINCE2 and P3M3.

Andy is a partner in RSM UK, responsible for the project and programme service line, and is also RSM’s head of infrastructure.

Keith Richards

Keith is the founder and director of agileKRC, a company that specializes in bringing the benefits of agile and lean to organizations of any size.

With more than 30 years’ experience in IT and project management, his roles have included being the technical director of the DSDM Consortium, the lead author for DSDM Atern (now more commonly known as AgilePM®) and the lead author for PRINCE2 Agile.

He has been a PRINCE2 trainer, an International Accreditation Forum (IAF) accredited facilitator and authored the book Agile Project Management: Running PRINCE2 projects with DSDM Atern. He has also been awarded the ‘most valuable agile player’ at the UK Agile Awards.

Michelle Rowland

Michelle has been PRINCE2 and P3O chief examiner on behalf of AXELOS Limited since 2014. She is an experienced project and programme manager who has, for more than 15 years, been providing a business-led focus to large change initiatives in a variety of organizations and environments.

She is an accredited PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, MoP, M_o_R, PRINCE2 Agile, APMP (now PMQ), agile project management, managing benefits and change management trainer. In addition, Michelle is an APMP marker for the APM.
