The default VM restart priority for all VMs that will be restarted by HA is Medium. We will learn more about the VM restart priority in the Overriding Restart Priority for Virtual Machines recipe.

You can configure additional delay and restart condition timeout values, as shown in the following screenshot:

For example, when the default condition of 600 seconds (10 minutes) is reached, then HA will continue with the restart of the next set of VMs.
