The service tier holds the enterprise applications, enterprise user directory, and enterprise data. The enterprise user directory provides storage for and access to user information to support user access. Enterprise data includes metadata about the data as well as systems of record for enterprise application authentication, authorization, or profile data. Enterprise applications consume cloud provider data and analytics to produce results that address business goals and objectives.
