10oz (285g) block vegan mozzarella-style cheese (Follow Your Heart recommended)
½ cup aquafaba (from a 15oz [420g] can of chickpeas)
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
½ tsp kosher salt
marinara sauce
1. Set the air fryer temp to 380°F. Spray the fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Cut the mozzarella into 10 sticks. Place the aquafaba and breadcrumbs in separate medium bowls. Dip the cheese in the aquafaba and then in the breadcrumbs.
3. Place the cheese in the fryer basket and cook until golden, about 7 to 8 minutes.
4. Transfer the cheese sticks to a platter and season with salt. Allow them to cool slightly before serving with the marinara sauce.
