As always, we need to set our new Magento theme in the administration panel, from the Configuration section located under the System tab in the navigation. In the Design tab to the left, you can change the values of Templates, Skins, and Layout under the Themes heading to the name of our new theme - cheese2.
After saving these settings, we should be able to see any changes we make to our new theme.
Note
Remember to disable Magento's cache in your store's administration panel. Without doing this, you will not be able to see the changes to your theme.
