The order is validated immediately against the Trader Application through the
Trader Services. The stock information is retrieved from the analysis application.
A risk calculation is then performed, and the order is accepted or rejected. If
accepted, the debit of the bank account is performed, then a place order is
performed asynchronously. If the order was placed successfully, a confirmation is
sent to the customer. If the order request was not fulfilled, then a credit (Undo
Debit Account) is executed.
The main business process, Trade Shares, uses the system processes that
interacts with the EIS component that are required to provide the service
requested. The EIS components are partners in the trade shares business
process and are partner links in the system process.
Chapter 9, “Integration into business processes” on page 241 discusses how to
create the business processes and to integrate them into a business functioning
system.
