Use case example – Scenario 1

In this example, the end users are based in a call center that operates 24/7 and use a Windows desktop to access a customer relationship database log. They are also using a web browser to access an intranet page. These users work set hours in a shift pattern of three shifts per day across the call center, and they all work from hot desks, utilizing whichever desk and devices are available at the time they start their shift.
