We recommend that you also take this opportunity to create several user accounts, which will be needed across your installation.

These accounts will include service accounts for your View Connection Server Services and Composer Services. You need an AD account for View to use to log in and manage components within your vCenter, and a user account for View Composer to manage the creation of computer accounts in AD.
