The Start→Settings command offers four commands: Control Panel (see Chapter 8), Network and Dial-Up connections (Chapters 13, 14, and 15), Printers (Chapter 7), and Taskbar & Start menu (later in this chapter). These last three items are also represented in the Start→Settings→Control Panel window. But most people use them so frequently that Microsoft put them on the Settings submenu to save a step.
