Fractals

I use the apps “iFractals” and “Fractal 3D” to create Mandlebrot or Julia set abstract images. These are essentially visual representations of complex mathematical equations. They are compelling images into themselves, but I use them for backgrounds, or elements in a collage.

“Fractal 3D” has enough settings to satisfy the biggest app brainiac and creates amazingly beautiful images based on mathematics.
