Q. To what other data sources can I connect the charting web part, apart from SharePoint lists?

A. You can connect the charting web part to the following data sources:

• Connect to another web part capable of providing data

• Connect to external Business Data Catalog (i.e., an external list)

• Connect to Excel Services

• Connect to SharePoint list

Q. Could you please list the data sources for Visio Services as well?

A. You can connect Visio diagrams to the following data sources:

• SQL data source

• Excel

• SharePoint lists

• OLEDB data source

• ODBC data Source

Q. How can I limit the maximum workbook upload size for Excel Services?

A. Navigate to Manage Service Applications in Central Administration. For the Excel Services Application, click the Manage button. Navigate to the Trusted File Locations page by clicking on the corresponding link. By default Excel Services considers the default web application a trusted site. Click the http:// link (assuming you are using the default web application) to edit the properties for a trusted file location. Look for the Workbook Properties section. You can control the maximum workbook size from here.
