  1. Think about iterations and flow and what you think might work best for you and your team. You might decide to create transparency in your work, even before you ask a team to transform its culture into an agile culture.
  2. Consider your organization’s culture. Keep in mind that an organization of finger-pointing and blame will make it much more difficult to adopt an agile approach. I’ll discuss that more in Avoid Management Mayhem.
  3. Think about what you need to do for your agile mindset. How can you create a mindset that includes the agile and lean principles?
