Build the model

Now that you’ve decided how you’re going to do it, it’s time to build the model. Here’s the model (in both database and EDMX format) that I extrapolated from the UI sketch. You might make some different decisions, and that’s fine. (As long as at the end of the chapter you have a working application!)

Get to work! You’ve made all the preliminary decisions, so go ahead and build the model using the technique and API you’ve chosen.

While you’re add it, set up some sample data to work with in the next step, either in the database directly or using a DatabaseInitializer.
