The official website for Jenkins is https://jenkins.io/ and one can download Jenkins from there. Once downloaded, one can run it via the java -jar Jenkins.war command. Once you download and install Jenkins, you can access Jenkins through a web browser (http://localhost:8080 by default). You should see a screen like the following:
