Follow these steps to restore the database from the backup file generated in the previous recipe:

1. Log in to Dashboard as an administrator.
2. Add a new post by using Posts |Add New.
3. Click the Publish button to create the page. Now you can view this page on the frontend and see the content.
4. Click Manage Backup DB in the Database menu item to get a screen similar to the following with all the backups from the plugin:

5. Click the radio button of the backup file you want to restore. In this case, it will be the backup created in the recipe.
6. Click the Restore button to get a prompt asking for permission with OK and Cancel buttons.
7. Click the OK button to restore the backup and see the success message on the same screen.
8. View the post created in Step 3 of this recipe.

The database has been restored, and you will see a 404 not found error for the new post.
