In an event-driven architecture, we have producers, consumers, and channels. Salesforce has the capability to publish and subscribe to events with platform events.
In this section, we will take the example of the temperature sensor we discussed in the IoT Cloud components section and see if we can use the Salesforce platform alone to process the events captured from the temperature sensor and create the case in Salesforce if the room temperature is below and above the threshold.
