Measuring the accuracy of Opportunity Insights

To predict Opportunity Insights, Einstein takes 6 months of email and calendar data and all the opportunity data to build a model and deliver key predictions.

To measure the accuracy of Opportunity Insights, a survey can be run or interviews can be taken from users using these features.

For features such as Automatic Activity Capture, Account Insights, and Automated Contact Capture, user interviews and surveys with feedback can help us figure the accuracy of the Einstein feature.
