If you recall using the Event Server, one can easily send Event Data to the event store and then process the data and apply machine learning algorithms to predict the next step or the next options and recommendations.

We can use the same engine code to integrate with IoT Cloud Event Data and add intelligence to the Event Data to recommend the next best action, making the apps smarter.
