You should run the Sales Update (R42800) program in order to review the Sales Commission information. You should also ensure hiding the Commission Information located in the Display tab in the Sales Order program (P4210) processing options.
When you set up the Commission Information, it reflects the sales environment. During set-up, multiple salespersons can be set; you can also set up the sales group for each customer. When you enter the sales order and run the Sales Update program (R42800), the system calculates the commission amount to the salesperson's address book number, or the address book number of each salesperson in the sales group. Subsequent to the sales update, the Commission Information is reviewed to make sure the salespersons receive the correct amount.
