Analyzing documentation

In this activity, all of the existing documentation is analyzed to know more about the current business processes and business rules. It also helps to provide more clarity on the user requirements. We can identify stakeholders based on the requirements or features. Sometimes, users are not very clear on what is present in the current system, so in that case, analyzing the existing document can be very helpful. However, sometimes it can be a waste of time if the documents are not synced with the current system because they are outdated.
