You should have a basic understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and access to a Dynamics 365 CE environment. The following is a list of the technical requirements for this chapter: 

• Access to the internet to download the tools mentioned in the Automated deployment section
• Microsoft Excel 
• Office 365 admin rights in a Dynamics 365 CE environment
