This chapter does not have any technical requirements, but while undertaking requirement gathering for your customer, it's recommended to have the following tools (or similar) in order to document customer requirements:

• Microsoft Office or Office 365 subscription to document project activities
• Microsoft Visio, or a similar tool 
• Microsoft Project management, or a similar project management tool
