The TIMELINE tab

The TIMELINE tab provides information related to the chronological order in which the related activities are created for an account.

The following are some of the features of the TIMELINE section:

  • Searching activities: The service representative can click the search button to search the activities regarding the account:
  • Filtering activities by date or type: The service representative can also filter the activities by date or type, such as Note, Activity, or Auto Post. The following is the screenshot for the same:

Once the representative clicks the button, a dropdown appears. The user can then select the filtering type in the dropdown:

The following image depicts the form for the Interactive Service Hub for the Account entity:

  1. The next step is to navigate to any activity. To open the activity, the customer representative can just click on the activity name:

The activity page is opened, as shown in the following image:
