Summary

In this chapter, we discussed the Marketing module of Dynamics CRM 2016. We covered entities involved in the Marketing module and the usage of each entity. You also learned how to prepare a marketing list of leads in the age group below 25 years. In addition, we discussed Microsoft social engagement and the KRAs for the Marketing module.

In the next chapter, we will go through the XRM framework of Dynamics CRM 2016.
