• What communication interfaces are provided, including e-mail, file exchange, and messaging?
• Describe the options for adding interfaces?
• Do the package interfaces conform to technical data standards?
• Do the package interfaces conform to any business data standards?
• Can tools be provided that can help develop and implement new interfaces?
• What are the data access requirements for standard file, message, and data management?
• What are the access requirements for decision support data?
• What are the data storage and the application logic locations?
• What query language is being used?
