In-product help

Another key feature that will help training go more smoothly is the in product help system, which is built for new users learning the system. The in-product help system pulls articles from the Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, Enterprise edition site on https://docs.microsoft.com, as well as from task guides stored in the Business process modeler in Lifecycle Services (LCS).

The following screenshot shows the in-product help button available on the right-corner of the page. A user simply clicks on the help button to access task guides from LCS and articles from the public site in the context of user language and the form he/she is trying to get help on:

As shown in the screenshot, if the user is new and does not know how to create a free text invoice, they can simply open the free text invoices form and click on Help. This will bring up the Help pane and show Task Guides and Wiki articles, all related to free text invoices. Users can simply select the task guide to guide them through, or access the knowledge article from the wiki page.
