By default, membership in an LCS organization is controlled by organization membership in CustomerSource or PartnerSource. All users that are members of the CustomerSource or PartnerSource organization are added to LCS.

• You can also create organization users that are not affiliated with CustomerSource or PartnerSource
• Users can access organization-specific information, such as business process libraries and methodologies
• Organization users do not have access to specific projects until they have been invited to join them
