When you purchase an app, you have exactly 15 minutes from the time you download it to change your mind and request a refund. While that’s certainly not enough time to give an app a test drive, it is enough time to roll back an accidental download.
To get a refund, simply go to the app’s Details page within the required timeframe and tap the Refund button (see Figure 13–7).
Once your fifteen minutes are up, you’ll no longer see the Refund button. You’ll need to contact the app developer directly with any concerns. Fortunately, there’s also a button to contact the developer on the app’s Details page.
