Chances are, if your tablet didn’t ship with Documents To Go, it probably came with QuickOffice. Like Documents To Go, the QuickOffice app comes in both free and paid versions; however, the Pro (paid) version ships with a lot of devices. The Pro version allows you to sync with your Google Account. It also offers an impressive number of other syncing options, such as Dropbox, SugarSync, and MobileMe.
To initiate syncing, tap the Cloud icon on the upper-right corner of the screen in QuickOffice (see Figure 18–10).
You can add multiple remote accounts, but you must be connected to the Internet to browse files. Figure 18–11 shows the ease of browsing through multiple remote accounts. If you only sync word processing documents and similar files, it may save you storage space to skip installing separate apps like Dropbox.
In Documents To Go, you start editing by clicking the Menu button on the bottom of the screen. In QuickOffice, all the editing action is on the top of the screen, as shown in Figure 18–12. There’s even an Undo button.
