Long Pressing on the Home Screen

If you long-press on the Home screen, you can change its appearance. You can do the same thing by tapping the Plus sign (+) on the upper-right corner of the Home screen.

This is covered in Chapter 7 “Icons, Widgets, and Tabs”; however, it bears mentioning now because the first time you accidentally launch this screen, you may not realize what just happened. You'll see something that resembles Figure 2–4.

Should you unintentionally open the Customization panel, just touch any panel of the Home screen, and you'll return to Home sweet Home.
