Lync Server 2013 Data Conferencing

The term data conferencing is a generic term used to describe sessions among two or more participants that involve sharing computer data in real time. In the UC world this is often referred to as web conferencing and can include the sharing of applications, desktops, and other content through a UC desktop application or a web browser. Web conferencing is at the core of enhanced collaboration across organizations. In Lync Server 2010, Microsoft collapsed all web conferencing functionality into the Lync 2010 client, providing enhanced conferencing functionality all in a single UI. With Lync 2013, Microsoft has added new features and fine-tuned existing features to provide an even greater web conferencing experience for users.
