Voice Features

The voice-features section of Lync Server 2013 contains two additions carried over from Lync Server 2010 that were not possible in Office Communications Server 2007 R2. The first feature, Call Park, enables users to place a call on hold and pick it up from another extension or endpoint. The second feature, Unassigned Numbers, enables the organization to route calls to numbers not associated with a specific user to some other location. Configuration of analog devices is also covered in this section.
