Lync Hybrid Deployment

The procedures for building a Lync hybrid deployment can be significant, depending on whether there is an existing Lync or OCS installation in place, or whether the entire environment will be built from scratch. Many of the tasks involved in building a hybrid deployment are found either in other sections of this chapter or in other chapters of this publication. Although these other sections will be referred to for the appropriate guidance, there are also some deployment tasks that are specific to the hybrid environment, and these are detailed in the following sections.
