First, let’s cover what services are available in a disaster recovery scenario. Table 15.6 provides an outline of these services.
As shown in Table 15.6, applications that often have a unique site configuration such as E911, Call Park, Response Group, and Call Admission Control are not supported in a disaster recovery scenario. In the event of a disaster, this functionality will not be available to users until connectivity to the primary pool is restored. Additionally, CDR and QOE information will not be submitted from users who are in recovery mode.
