An MNC in which management and other decisions are decentralized to the local country in which it is operating.
Rely on local employees to manage the business.
Tailor strategies to each country’s unique characteristics.
Used by many consumer product companies.
John Deere’s green-and-yellow tractors are a familiar sight in farm country. Although John Deere once struggled selling its farm equipment overseas, its ine of highly customizable products has made the company a ton of money.
