PART I Setting Up

In the first part of this book we will look at how to set up a Nuendo system, starting with the computer itself and moving into the configuration of Nuendo’s features and preferences. We will take a close look at how to connect your Nuendo computer to all the other gear in your studio from MIDI controllers and keyboards to mic preamps and studio monitors. Finally, we will examine the file structure of a Nuendo project and how Nuendo organizes the various files it creates and uses.
