No participation in meeting

It has been observed and experienced by many business analysts, while doing business requirement gathering, that not all business users know what they want, which makes requirement gathering little difficult. In such a case, if a consultant does not actively participate in requirement gathering meetings then the conversations made in such meetings may result in unclear requirements, and misunderstandings could arise.

If a consultant actively interacts and drives the meeting himself, then it becomes easy for him to get the correct information from the business users and to guide them in right direction to fulfill their requirements.
