Visualization is another area which needs to be reviewed at regular intervals. A table instead of a chart will be more CPU/RAM intensive. Some business users who are new to BI software will initially prefer having tables instead of charts. This may be a good approach initially for a user to become familiar, but with time many of the tables can be replaced with charts.

Repetition of charts across sheets can also impact performance. It's best to avoid this as much as possible. The users can be made aware of easy navigation which Qlik Sense offers and they can easily move to any sheet from the current sheet.

The users should be encouraged to use global filters. This helps reduce the clutter. User can also take benefit of the global search. Global search makes filters on every sheet redundant. This not only helps in freeing up space on the sheet but also optimizes RAM consumption.
