In this type of validation you check if the flow of the dashboard is as per the flow which business expects. The sheets should be arranged such that users get answers to their questions with minimum navigation and clicks. For example, if dashboard is developed for senior management and it contains data for all departments it may not fly. In such cases it is better to create a separate sheet which shows all relevant KPIs. For other users the individual department data can be shown like one for sales, one for supply chain and then human resource.
