Qlik Sense with launch of its version June 2017, will now be having 5 releases in an year. The updates bring in newer functionalities. This also becomes a reason for conducting a refresher training. The newer releases also bring in capabilities which the users are expecting, but were not available in earlier releases.

The maintenance strategy should consider the roll-out of these newer releases and feature enhancements. The feature enhancements can also throw up newer use cases and create opportunity for driving BI expansion and adoption. It is always a good practice to have the new updates tested on  a test environment before updating the prod environment.
