In this backup strategy, you will have to take the backup of the physical files and folders which have the data stored within them. You can schedule a regular backup of these files and keep them on some other server or on network drive.

In case of any disaster, you will need to install Qlik Sense and create the same architecture as the production server had, and then use this backup file and database to restore the data and settings.

This strategy won't require many resources, except the space on either hard drive or the network drive. The restoration of the data in this type takes longer than the earlier type.

This option can be used when the downtime doesn't impact the business operations. You can also use this option along with the previous type to make it more secure.
