Context

The final core concept of Context refers to how the context could impact on the solution performance and potentially add limitations, which may prohibit value from being realized. 

If we continue with the example of the new user interface, which was added to the existing call center solution, we can see how this concept of Context works in the real world: 

The context of this implementation is that none of the call center staff received any training in how to use the new user interface that was introduced. Because of the lack of training, the call center staff took much longer to assist a customer with inquiries because they were unfamiliar with how to use the new user interface. This is why the value of the solution was not immediately realized. By providing adequate training to the call center staff, the potential value of the solution is likely to be realized sooner.
