Teaching is about being able to share business analysis information with stakeholders in a way that increases their knowledge and understanding on a certain topic. Teaching also aims to help stakeholders retain information so that they can use it in the future to help develop and finalize requirements. 

Teaching skills also require a business analyst to consider and include different learning styles in the way they choose to share information. This can include using visual, verbal, written, and kinaesthetic (hands-on and practical) methods as part of their teaching approach. By doing this, they include the preferred learning styles of all the stakeholders and have the best chance of having a successful learning outcome for their audience.
