It is required that a business analyst continuously conducts maintenance to ensure that the requirement is correctly and accurately documented and readily available. If anything with regards to the requirement changes, it should be analyzed and updated in a timely way. The business analyst must also aim to maintain the relationships between requirements and any associated information describing the context in order to ensure that the requirements remain in line with the original intent of each requirement.
