You have achieved your goal of becoming a CCBA®- or CBAP®-certified Business Analyst. That is awesome and a great achievement. However, what is your goal now that you are certified? More specifically, what is your measurable goal for a salary increase? 

If you are like many, it will be a fluffy statement such as I will ask my manager next time we speak if this will play a part in my increase; or you might say something such as I will now look for another contract or role outside my organization and hopefully earn more.
